AN exclusive day center of excellence, catering to the rehabilitation of brain injured children suffering from CEREBRAL PALSY, came into existance as a treatment center in 1985. It was operating from a two roomed rented premises in P.E.C.H.S. Dr Ruby Abbasi, mother of Bilal who had C P At the age 2.5 yrs as a result of Viral Encephalitis,got trained at the BOBATH center in London UK in 1984 and started treating children, counseling parents on handling the child at home, and employing & training the local graduate therapists in the BOBATH techniques.

*23rd June----the much awaited Construction work of the 1st floor TRAINING & RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX started. The services of Adnan Asdar & Associates, Project & construction Management company are being used to supervise this job and the FUNDS collected for this reason, kept as ‘AMANAT’ will finally be utilized.
1st August—the Center reopened after two months Summer Vacations for the New Term, but had to be closed again due to heavy rains and horrible condition of the Roads specially in the far flung areas where it was impossible to operate our pick & drop service. Full fledged Rehabilitation program resumed from 20th August.
